Autumn reading—no better thing in my opinion. This year, I am eagerly anticipating the fourth Songs of Chaos book (called Reckoning) and a pumpkin spice latte. The author, Michael R. Miller, is releasing the title on September 15th! Alas, my two-year wait is finally coming to an end, and I will indeed return to the world of Holt and his dragon Ash.
Speaking of which, my own book is coming along well. Though I haven’t drafted anything yet, the prep work is solidifying, and the book is starting to shape up. It’s a dragon rider fantasy, so the mental taxation has only just begun, but I expect to be writing it by late 2025 or early 2026. I’ll leave the calendar to God, though; he’s always been better with it.
Sorry for the short post today, but it’s been a while since I’ve updated the blog. Just wanted to drop in and say hi. Oh, and before I go, let me ask you a quick question: what is the longest you’ve ever waited for a book to come out? Feel free to leave your reply in the comments!
Until we meet again, traveler.
