As much as I would like to start writing again, I can’t seem to land on a good enough story. I’m looking to create a fantasy world like How To Train Your Dragon. With the movies being the heart of my writing passion, I can think of no better way to spend my writing time, but I cannot seem to put together a plot worth writing about. I’m sure the story will find me eventually, so in the meantime, I’ll be packing for our big family move and brainstorming.
Of course, I have a few other story ideas, such as a science fiction about transforming robots and a second fantasy I call Heftu. The former is a new idea, but the latter is a Chinese-esque tale about a girl who realizes her place in an ancient war that includes dragons. It was a story I wrote partially about two years ago, and it remains one of my family’s favorites.
